In the first post (see here), I talked about a trip to see a lighthouse on a cloudy summer day.

Later I met these guys, holding a meeting:

And this bunch:

These two had other fish to fry:

  1. A motion is put forth: To have fish for dinner.

    1. It was a very gloomy day, Badger, and everyone was hoping it would rain, as drought has gripped us for a couple of months now. But no - just dark and menacing, very humid and warm, then back to normal heat and sunshine.
I was annoyed to have picked the only cloudy day for weeks to go!

    2. Badger your blog seems to have lost its "Comment" function - so I can't tell you what I think about the Arf Frame House!!

  3. They look hunched and somewhat grumpy. Tiffing and snappy maybe. Alone even though in company.

  4. i think i would have liked to be a part of that meeting. i wonder what they were talking about?! the heat? the gloomy day? hoping for rain...or sun? they do look a little bored...or grumpy. "oh boy. another day. same old thing. here we are, in the water, standing on our rocks. anyone have anything exciting to say? no? i didn't think so." (haha)

i love the way a couple of them in the first shot...have little tufts on top of their heads!!
nice shots Alexia!! love the quote too. :)

  5. Ha! It makes me think of staff meetings at school - bored, grumpy, wanting to be somewhere - anywhere - else!

I like the little shags' tufts too :)

    Thanks for visiting.
