Here are some liquid-y pictures from my recent travels. Click to enlarge.
In Port Lligat, Spain, my son and I visited Salvador Dali's garden.
The swimming-pool looked very tempting.
Swans on the canal in beautiful Bruges
Nazare, one of Portugal's superb beaches
In Scotland, the weather was like this - overcast, cool, often dampish - for nearly 3 weeks.
It was perfect!

I love them all.
ReplyDeleteHad you noticed that swans feature in the first two photos and what I think are gulls in the other two?
Yes! Nothing gets past you, EC :) It was pure chance that I chose these 4 pics, and that they had birds in them. After I'd posted them, I realised.
DeleteWhat a trip! That beach looks so inviting. I've been away from the ocean so long...

It was still a bit cold for swimming, thunder, but it was very beautiful. I miss the sea when I've been away from it for a while.
DeleteScotland is always near and dear to my heart, but I have to admit that I agree with you about that swimming pool. :)
ReplyDeleteI loved Scotland so much, Lisa - I envy you all of your trips there. I will definitely go again!
DeleteThat pool is beautiful. Portugal too, that beach, oh my. I saw a movie, In Bruges, might have been its name, full of intrigue. Afterwards, I wanted to visit Portugal. Scotland too.
ReplyDeleteThat movie made me determined to go to Bruges, Strayer, and in June I did! I'm going to go back again, too.
DeleteHave a good weekend.
As always, I love seeing your ocean pictures. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteCheers, Max. I hope you're enjoying your summer break.
DeleteA fine series of shots, It's so difficult to select a favourite but the swirl of the boat in Portugal draws me there.
ReplyDeleteYes - I was lucky to get the boat and the gull.
DeleteLove that last shot - such a beautiful soft light. And the Portuguese beach looks very inviting!
ReplyDeleteThanks Gilly. I was tempted to swim, but the water was cold.
DeleteOh my goodness stunning captures. What lovely views, and that water and swans in the second photo are just beautiful.
