Spring forward... Today is the first day of summer daylight saving - so good!
And, wonder of wonders, the weather is beautiful - sunny and warm.
Sofie and Manu LeGrand actually sought out a cool spot, instead of lying in the sun:
The bees are busy in the clematis:
There's plenty of choice....
I really like the delicate flower on this clematis - it's not so showy, less floriferous, but still lovely:
That looks like the clematis that is climbing/has climbed a gum tree in our back yard. There are no blooms in the lower levels but the top of that gum tree is just covered.
ReplyDeleteWonderful shots Alexia - I never capture bees. I try, and I fail.
Thank you EC. I must confess that I took about 10 bee shots - only 2 were any good :)
DeleteHappy Spring Alexia!!

it's not easy getting a picture of the bee...they move around so fast, but you got it!! great shot!
Thanks, Laura. I'm saving my pennies for a macro lens...

ReplyDeleteShe spends most of her time outside. They both like to fossick around under the house :)
DeleteYour pets are very grounded, Alexia.
